Wax-it Histology Services
Wax-it Histology Services provides histological services to both research and biotechnology community. We process both animal and plant tissues for paraffin, frozen or plastic sectioning. We also provide special histological stainings as well as immunohistochemistry and antibody testing services. We are actively involved with our clients in developing experimental methods which would provide them better answers to their experimental problems. Our microscopes are equipped with digital cameras allowing more processing ability and easy image collection. Service of Pathologists can be provided as requested by the client. The company’s laboratory facilities are located in the Gerald McGavin Biotechnology facility at the University of British Columbia.
